I officially have a rough playblast of my shot sequence!
Next on the list to do in order of priority:
-Track model & texture (should be simple)
-Ball model & texture (also simple)
-Snuffer sculpt (more difficult)
Ideally, I will create 3 individual 'wires' for the track, one for each side of the ball and one for underneath the ball. These should be easy, as I should be able to copy and paste them, and hopefully this will make the collision aspect of it much easier, as if I wanted a concave object in UE I would have to personally build the collision.
